- Tasks you create — the text of tasks you add. This data is stored locally on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- App settings — your reset time preference and other in-app configuration. Stored locally on your device only.
- Anonymous usage data — general app activity such as opening the app or using a feature. Used only to understand how the app is used and improve the experience.
- Crash and error data — basic diagnostic information collected when the app crashes or encounters an error, so we can find and fix bugs.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- Name, email address, or phone number
- Payment information
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
- Browsing history or cross-app tracking data
- Advertising data or data used for targeted advertising
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses PostHog for anonymous usage analytics. PostHog collects anonymous event data, such as which features are used and how often. This data is not linked to your name, email address, or personal identity, and it is not used for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The app uses Sentry for crash and error reporting. Sentry helps us identify and fix software problems. Your task text and settings are not sent to Sentry. Sentry's privacy policy: sentry.io/privacy .
4. Notifications
The app may send local notifications to remind you of an upcoming daily reset. These notifications are generated on your device and are not used to collect any personal information. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
5. Data Storage
Your tasks and app settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a user account system and do not store your task data on remote servers. Tasks auto-delete at your configured daily reset time.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Tasks are automatically deleted at your daily reset. You can also delete individual tasks manually at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device, subject to your device backup settings. Because we do not hold your task data on our servers, there is nothing further to request deletion of.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
